・“3197Applications” consists of a set of software programs dedicated for use with the HIOKI Power Quality Analyzer 3197, namely “3197Communicator” and “3197DataViewer” software applications.
・“3197Communicator” offers remote operation of Model 3197 via a USB cable, as well as an interface to download recorded images and measurement data from Model 3197.
・“3197DataViewer” allows users to view and analyze recorded measurement data downloaded from Model 3197.

Notes on using Windows 10

The USB communication function of this application software is supported up to Windows 10 version 1709.
To use the application with a later version of Windows, such as Windows 10 version 1803, you may have to replace the DLL file in the installation folder manually.
Download the ZIP file to obtain the DLL file that supports a later version of Windows, and replace the original DLL file in your PC according to the procedure provided in the PDF document.
